Walker’s Saw Shop Ltd was founded in Nanaimo B.C. In the 1980’s by the Walkers, Bob and Holly.

Bob grew up in Jordan River and moved to the Nanaimo River logging camp at the age of ten, where he started working on chainsaws. It is safe to say that he was surrounded by the great West Coast logging industry since a young age. Bob Walker is one of the foremost saw customizers on the B.C. coast. With easy-to-use adaptations and features designed to improve the performance of each and every saw. There is a generous amount of “walker” in every Walkerized saw produced. “Walkerized” saws are well recognized and respected throughout the forest industry.

Bob’s son John owns and runs the family business alongside his daughter Cheyenne who works in sales and parts. Bob’s other son Donny is the shop foreman. Although Bob is now retired, he lends his expertise to Donny who carries on the production of the Walkerized Saw. Bob and Holly still pop into the shop to pass on their wisdom to all who enter the Walker’s Saw Shop. With the Walkers hard work, determination, and family bond, the Walkerized Saw continues to be “A CUT ABOVE THE REST”.
