Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Shipping Information

Your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you chose. This cost assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous Canada or the United States. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, dangerous goods, and insurance if applicable, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order, we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Items shipping in the contiguous Canada/United States ship by ground, calculated by size, weight, and location.

Shipping Time

We make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day it is received. Orders received late in the day may not ship until the next business day, and slight delays may occur during holidays and high-volume sale periods. Pre-orders (out of stock items) will take 2 to 3 weeks as long as the manufacturer has stock. If the manufacturer does not have stock, we will email you with an estimate of the time that the manufacturer gives us.

Shipping to the United States

Orders to the United States ship by UPS and are billed in Canadian dollars. The shipping address must be a physical address (No P.O. Boxes). Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes associated with international shipping.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped Ground via mail. The shipping address must be a physical address (No P.O. Boxes). Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes associated with international shipping. Undelivered and Lost Packages

In the event that your package is not delivered or lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. After this period, we may not be able to assist you with your order. We will make every effort to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
