Taper Ground Blade: Computer controlled grinding machines produce taper-Ground blades with greater thickness at the teeth, and a narrower spine. This eliminates the need for 'set' teeth and makes for faster, easier cutting.
Chrome Plated Finish:Hard chrome plated finish is rust proof, reduces-friction, cuts smoothly. Teeth are sharpened by whetstone to produce a super sharp cutting edge far superior that provided by conventional filing.
Impulse Hardened Teeth: Precision controlled electronic impulses (Impulse hardening) heat and harden only the cutting edge of each tooth, making sure the razor sharp cutting edge stays sharp cut after cut. An impulse hardened blade will typically last three times longer vs. a non-hardened blade.
